I learned exactly how complex systems break down, and more importantly, how to put them back together with grace and efficiency.

I started Midas Touch Service because I noticed a pattern: brilliant, capable people were drowning in low-level friction. They needed someone with the organizational brain of a logistics manager to step in and clear the path. I bring order to chaos and find the beauty in the mess.
